Unlike most HR consultants, we have built businesses, raised funds, created brands, acquired customers, set up delivery infrastructures, managed sales processes and provided top box customer service. We know how businesses run.

Exper was founded by alumni of XLRI & INSEAD in 2007. With wide ranging experience in behavioral training, organizational learning and HR solutions backed with both entrepreneurship and corporate backgrounds, our faculty knows first-hand what it’s like to tackle workplace challenges across various levels. What makes our faculty truly unique is the fact that each member has the ability to make participants feel comfortable, push themselves, open up, and be receptive to inputs and insights.
