Team Exper includes pioneers of outdoor based experiential learning in India, seasoned facilitators, entrepreneurs, and business executives with a deep understanding of HR processes in India.

Exper has designed and facilitated training for over 100 leading organizations in the world across industries like Google, Tata Group, Oracle, HP, Kelloggs, HSBC, Daimler, Prudential ICICI, Nokia, Motorola, Coke, Pepsi, Lufthansa, and Asian Paints in areas like enhancing personal effectiveness at work, creating powerful teams, long term leadership development, change management, creative thinking, and communication.

Exper is authorized by INSEAD CALT (France) to deliver their leading  business management simulations in India and represent Catalyst (UK) for delivering creative team building events.

Our subsidiary inme Learning Pvt. Ltd. designs and runs outdoor adventure camps for 9 to 18 year old children to help them build confidence, experience success, and interact effectively with others. inme has also worked on teacher development and student leader development with schools such as Lawrence School Sanawar, Modern School, Sanskriti, Vasant Valley, British School, Vidya Devi Jindal School, Neev, Pallikodum, and Hill Spring International.

Exper helps executives become aware of the way they think and interact and how that impacts their team and their organization using experiential learning in both the outdoors and indoors. Exper uses outdoor adventure, mental challenges, computer simulations, behavioral instruments, and dynamic action planning to help tie-up the learning to actual workplace challenges.
