We are a leadership development practice that helps senior business leaders experience performance by bringing out the best in themselves, their teams, and their organizations.
Our scope of work includes
diagnostic engagements, behavioural and skill workshops, personalized coaching, online sessions, and consulting for CxO and senior executives. Over
the years, we have designed and delivered interventions for over 200 organizations - ranging from Fortune 500 companies to SMEs across industries.
We believe that leadership is action & leadership development a process, not an event. Our methodology is experience led – challenges, activities, simulations, behavioral instruments, reflection, dialogue, and facilitator debrief. We have a collaborative, partnership approach with clients and define success by results achieved. ​
Founded in 2007 by alumni of XLRI & INSEAD we are a faculty of ‘practicing professionals’ who
have built businesses, acquired customers, set up delivery systems and provided top box customer service. Our subsidiary Inme (inme.in) is India’s leading outdoor education brand for students' life skills building and
empowering school leadership.
