EXPERIENCED, EXPERT, ENGAGING
Exper was founded by alumni of XLRI & INSEAD in 2007. With wide-ranging experience in behavioral training, organizational learning and HR solutions backed with both entrepreneurship and corporate backgrounds, our faculty know first-hand what it's like to tackle workplace challenges across various levels.
TARUN CHANDNA
Tarun is an alumnus of XLRI (‘92) and facilitates high intensity learning for groups on Leadership, Teamwork and Creativity.
​
Tarun’s delivery style is highly energetic and he is skilled at pushing groups to break out of paradigms to truly think laterally. An interest in adventure and the outdoors has helped him create some highly impactful outdoor-based learning modules.
​
Over the last 20 years, participants on his programs included CEOs and senior teams from companies including Abbott, PepsiCo, Flipkart, Google, DaVita, Royal Enfield, Actis and Lenovo. A serial entrepreneur, Tarun was a co-founder of iDiscoveri Education before venturing out and setting up Exper.
SAURABH SAKLANI
Saurabh has an MBA from INSEAD ('03), and brings a wealth of global experience from his many years of study and work in the US & France. A former Silicon Valley entrepreneur, he is a co-founder of Exper.
​
His area of focus includes Change, Collaboration, and Leadership and he utilizes an action-oriented facilitation style-focused tools and hooks to drive learning that can be practically used back at the workplace.
​
Over the past decade, he has worked closely with senior teams of companies including MaxLife, EY, Godrej, Alibaba, HSBC, RBS, Baxter, Beckton-Dickinson and Hafele.
​
Saurabh is the author of 'What Teens Want But Can't Quite Say', a popular book with parents and teachers.
R SHANKER
Shanker is a knowledge enabler with over 20 years of experience in retail banking. He has held senior positions at Citibank and Mashreq Bank.
​
Shanker brings process knowledge and practical experience to his delivery style. His area of expertise includes Leadership and Change Management, Sales and Customer Service and Advanced Negotiation.
​
He is certified in Sales and Change Management (Customer Analytics, USA), is a Certified Coach and MBTI consultant (CPP, Worldwide) and a certified Master Trainer in NLP.
GAURAV SAKLANI
Gaurav has been in the training and facilitation space for 20 years. His area of work includes Creating Winning Teams, Realizing Leadership Potential, and Handling Difficult Conversations.
​
An effective facilitator with senior teams, he is popular for his highly engaging delivery style. Clients he has regularly facilitated for include HSBC, GlaxoSmithkline, Philips, EY, Tata Sky, Coca Cola, ICICI Securities, Volvo-Eicher and Ultratech.
​
Gaurav is from XLRI (’92) and is a certified MBTI consultant (CPP Worldwide) and has an Advanced Certification in Extended DISC. He was also a co-founder at iDiscoveri Education before co-founding Exper in 2007.
TRIGUNESH MUKHERJEE
Trigunesh was with the Indian Army for over 32 years where he was a faculty member at both the Army War College and the College of Defence Management. He was also the Commandant of the prestigious Counter Insurgency and Jungle Warfare School.

He utilizes his vast experience and his unique mix of non-telling yet inspirational style to facilitate learning for organizations including Lufthansa, Gemsfields (UK), Abbott, EY, Efunds, ICICI Prudential, WNS and Nokia.
​
His writings on defence, management and travel have appeared in many magazines and journals. He is the author of the book ‘Inside the Indian Army’ and is a keen photographer.
SAMYA AHMED
Samya has an MBA from FMS, Delhi University and has worked in leadership positions with companies such as Bank of America, ABN Amro Bank and HSBC.

She has been engaged in coaching and training professionals for success for nearly 20 years with expertise in areas of Leadership, Collaboration and Personal Effectiveness.
​
Samya is a certified ACC Coach from the International Coaching Federation. She is also a certified MBTI practitioner and coach.
SATINDRA SEN
Satindra is an alumnus of XLRI ('91) and started his career in manufacturing. He was with Eicher Consulting and then spent 16 years in the financial services, largely with American Express.
​
Having lead large businesses and huge teams Satindra understands processes and practices that drive efficiency and effectiveness. As a facilitator, he brings rich experience from his previous stints and runs powerful sessions for senior teams of organizations including Gemfields, Givaudan, Kohler, MetLife, Indus Towers, Airtel and Timken.
​
Satindra is the author of ‘Calling India’ (Bloomsberry 2015) a popular book on how India became the off-shoring capital of the world.
RICHA DWIVEDI
Richa has an MBA from IIM- Ahmedabad and an MA in Economics from JNU. She has worked across business media and banking as a stock analyst and a corporate banker.

Richa enjoys working with people in personal development space and works in the areas of Personal Effectiveness, Team Effectiveness, Communicating with Impact, Creative Problem-Solving and Personal Visioning.
​
Clients she has worked with include teams from Google, HSBC, Microsoft, Pepsi, Tata Teleservices, Fortis and The Smart Cube. She is a certified MBTI consultant.
​
Richa is also a clumnist with The Hindu and has authored 'The Ultimate Guide to 21st Century Careers' (Hachette '17).
MEGHNA JAIN
Meghna is the Faculty Associate and client interface at Exper. She has a master's degree in Psychology from the University of Delhi, specializing in Organizational Behaviour.
Prior to Exper, Meghna was a part of the learning & development team at Inme and was involved in designing program modules for the children's learning camps across the country as well as managing on-field human resources.
